1. Drink plenty of water-

But keep in mind that whenever you drink water, drink water comfortably. Do not swallow in one gulp. Water contains electrolytes which are helpful in reducing weight.
2. Drink honey and lemonade on an empty stomach-
Honey and lemon together is a better way to control body weight, for this take a glass of lukewarm water. Now add a spoonful of honey, a spoonful of lemon juice and black pepper, mix it well and drink this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning. It will be very helpful in reducing obesity.

4. Drink carrot juice-
