What should be eaten to increase the sperm count?
1. Snail to increase the sperm count-

1- Soak 4-5 almonds in water overnight, grind them into a fine paste in the morning and boil the milk by adding it to a glass of milk. Mix one spoon of desi ghee and sugar candy in it and drink it.
2- Mix one gram of cardamom seeds, one gram of mace, 10 grams of sugar candy in a paste of five almonds and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
3- Consume half gram nutmeg powder daily with water.
4- Prepare a powder by mixing Shatavari, Ashwagandha and Safel Muesli. Take 3-3 grams of this mixture in the morning and evening with a glass of milk.
5. Mix equal quantity of onion juice and ginger juice in one spoon of honey and drink. This will be of great benefit.
Keep these things in mind-
1-Take the help of yoga to increase the sperm count. Do Bhastrika Pranayama, Halasana, Suryanamaskar, Setubanghasana and Dhanurasana daily. This helps in increasing fertility and sperm count.
2- Stay away from stress. Because always being under stress has an adverse effect on the number of sperms and their quality.
3- Avoid consuming alcohol and cigarettes.
4. Don’t wear too tight underwear. Do not sleep wearing jeans at night. Make a habit of sleeping by wearing loose-fitting pyjamas.
5- Do not use the laptop by keeping it on the thigh.
6- Do not always keep the mobile in the pocket of your pants.
7-Don’t use excessive lubricant. This can cause damage to the sperm.
8-Do not consume soy milk, because it damages the sperms.
9- A study has shown that men who consume three or more cups of coffee per day have lower sperm count and quality. So avoid drinking too much tea or coffee.
10. Avoid steam or gold bath. Steam bath once a week is fine, but bathing with water hotter than 40 degrees can reduce the sperm count.
