1. Care of feet-
Often, due to diabetes, contraction occurs in the blood vessels. This has a negative effect on the feet. This problem can be more in the winter season, so it is necessary to take regular care of the feet in winters to stay safe from serious problems.

It is important to keep your feet clean and dry as being moist can invite unwanted bacteria and infections. Cream the toe nails. Never cut the toe nails too short. Wear proper footwear. Wear footwear that provides warmth. Provide enough padding. Keep feet moist. Use cotton socks and comfortable shoes.
2. Vitamin D-
Due to cold and pollution in winter, due to compulsion to remain closed in the house, sufficient sunlight is not available. In this case, take extra dose of Vitamin D with the advice of the doctor. Spend some time in the sun whenever possible. Any time from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, one-half hour can sit in the sun.
3. Drink enough water-
In the winter season, we often do not drink as much water as we drink on normal days and our body needs it. Due to which there is a negative effect on health. Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water in a day. The amount of water can also be balanced in the form of green tea and soup.
4. Yoga and exercise-
In this increasing pollution, one thing is certain that we should avoid crowded conditions. But in order to keep oneself active, physical activities done inside the house like yoga and light exercises should definitely be done. Yoga not only makes us physically healthy but also makes us mentally strong. One should avoid walking or outdoor activities in extreme cold.
5. Eat green vegetables and fiber rich food-
One advantage of winter is very good that all types of green leafy and seasonal vegetables are available in abundance at this time. Therefore, mix their required quantity in the food. Consume different types of stuffed roti, soup, salad etc. by mixing them regularly. Regular consumption of almonds and walnuts during these days is very beneficial, for this you can consume 8-10 almonds or 2 walnuts daily.
6. Check Regularly-
