2 .Eat Pumpkin Seeds-

Consuming pumpkin seeds is beneficial to increase the sperm count. Because the zinc and omega 3 fatty acids present in it are present, which increase blood circulation in the male organs. Eating a handful of pumpkin seeds daily increases testosterone and sperm count.
