The diet should be low in calories and nutritious. Diet plan should be done only on the advice of the doctor. Along with this, exercise is also very important. Most importantly, diabetes can be controlled if treatment is started at the right time.
What precautions should be taken to prevent diabetes?
Many people believe that diabetes is only genetic; It means that it can happen only if it has happened to someone in the house, but it is not like that at all. Diabetes can also occur due to our poor lifestyle and not exercising. To prevent diabetes, keep checking sugar from time to time.
